Negotiating Skill

Greg from Harvest even believed that we could get more for our business than we had been asking.  We first met in May and by July had more than one full price offer.  After creating a short bidding war, the sale was settled by the end of October.  We always felt Harvest was in our corner and the process went smoother than we imagined.
